Below, you’ll find an account of the actual results from the first 30 days of
The 90-Day Client Accelerator. We’ll take a look at the specific reasons why people are able to do things within this container that they were unable to do on their own. I’ll also give you three ways to be more effective in your own business in the next 30 days.
Throwing spaghetti at the wall feels good. There, I said it. We’ve all been there. At first, it feels like you’re really doing something, you’re making plans, after all. And the big bonus is that it has none of the discomfort (or results) of taking action.
Because let’s face it: Some of the actions required to build a business are scary to do on your own.
Some people can white-knuckle it through some of the initial moves and get some early results. And, some people choose to invest their money and time in over-inflated promises of ‘passive income’ and overnight social media stardom, the magic beans of the business world.
Listen, it’s totally understandable. If there were a fast track to success like that, most of us would be interested. It just doesn’t work that way. But no matter what road you choose, you end up in the same place eventually: the place where you just have to do the darn things. One foot in front of the other.
And while that might not sound very inspiring, the good news is that
the road to building your business will be what you make it. You are the boss, after all!
The path we offer our graduates is called The 90-Day Client Accelerator. We just finished the first 30 days of this round we’re in, so I wanted to give you a look inside at what goes on, what real-world actions people are taking, and the results they’re getting.
In the first 30 days, our 90-Day Client Accelerator coaches have already:
These wins are not random. They’re happening because we are applying a simple but highly effective framework that helps our coaches stay focused, take action, and avoid the all-too-common trap of spinning their wheels. So now the question is…
To begin with, time constraints. These limiting parameters are highly motivating. This is so universally true that we have Parkinson’s Law to describe it, which basically says a task takes as long as you allot for it. So if you have all day to clean your house, it takes all day. BUT, if you suddenly find out the in-laws are on their way, that same ‘all-day’ job suddenly gets conveniently condensed into the wild rush of the one short hour you have.
Well, it turns out the same holds true for your business.
Left to our own devices, we tend to do much less of the uncomfortable things that move our businesses forward. We hide behind our computers (another round of Canva edits, anyone?), we make lists of our lists (more fancy colored pens, anyone?), we do chores around the house (oh yes, your cupboards look amazing), anything to avoid making that phone call, sending that email or having that conversation.
Too often, we overcomplicate things. We tell ourselves we need to do more research, learn more, or get everything perfect before we start. But that only leads to analysis paralysis, where we get stuck in endless preparation and never actually move forward.
So, we strip all that away and focus on what truly works. Even if you aren’t in the container with us this time, here are three actions you can start applying that mirror some of what we’ve been doing:
1. Set SMART Goals
The first step in the program is setting goals that are
Specific,
Measurable,
Achievable,
Relevant, and
Time-bound. Without clear goals, it's easy to drift aimlessly. But when you define exactly what you want to achieve, you
create a powerful map for your success.
In 90 Days, every participant shares their goals with the group and receives feedback to refine them. This process creates clarity, commitment, and accountability right from the start.
2. Keep It Simple
Big, overwhelming goals can feel paralyzing. That’s why we focus on breaking them down into tiny, manageable steps. If you try to tackle everything at once, you’ll likely burn out or get lost in distractions. Instead, we encourage you to keep your eyes on one specific prize at a time and celebrate
every single step forward.
Why? Because momentum breeds success. So we make celebration and accountability a core practice—when you achieve a milestone, no matter how small, the group is there to cheer you on. This keeps the energy high and motivation strong.
3. Act Like It’s Your Job
If your boss gave you a task, you’d do it. You wouldn’t wait until you “felt like it” or had everything perfectly lined up. You’d get it done because it’s your job. The same goes for building your business. In 90-Days, we
help our coaches shift their mindset so they take their success seriously—like a professional commitment.
This isn’t about being harsh on yourself; it’s about giving yourself everything you need to succeed without giving yourself a way out. Loving support combined with firm accountability is the secret sauce that keeps our coaches moving forward.
The combination of clear goals, small, consistent steps, and a no-excuses mindset, coupled with endless encouragement and support, has created the support and environment we all need to move forward. With that community container and built-in accountability, our coaches take real actions that lead to real results.
And the best part? This is only the beginning.
When you stop overcomplicating things and start taking focused, intentional action within a supportive community, your success is inevitable.
And once you know how to do the things that get results, you can just keep refining and repeating them over and over again! It gives you the real-world evidence you need that shows you what you’re capable of doing, so it changes your belief in yourself. Those changed beliefs then guide your actions, and pretty soon, you’re doing things you never thought possible.
So, what could you achieve in the next 30 days if you stopped spinning your wheels and committed to taking action?
