"Jai is the only place where you learn how to become a better parent, a better coach and a better business owner."

Don't look any further, Jai is the only place where you learn how to become a better parent, a better coach and a better business owner.

When I came to Jai I was already coaching parents, and I saw a big need for a parent centric approach. After going through Jai, now I feel more confident as a coach because I have all the tools I need to help my clients look in their inner world and design the parenting they want to provide for their children.

"Now, I feel endless joy and gratitude for my own parenting journey as well as my heart centered parent coaching work. And I owe it all to Jai!"

When I joined the Jai program, I thought I was heading into a new professional era. Both my kids were heading off to university and I was eager to start working with families again. But after a few weeks of Jai classes, my personal life started taking on a new form.

Even though others praised our child rearing and we believed we were raising happy & confident children, my newfound awareness around the HOWs and WHYs of my parenting started to reveal many truths... I was using a power over parenting approach to connect with my kids. And then the greatest piece unraveled for me: my ability to understand myself in all that I feel, need and believe in order to live the best version of me.

This powerful practice of self-awareness has guided me into more peaceful interactions with my children, easier decision making processes in all facets of my life and greater authenticity in all my relationships. The Jai curriculum is a game changer for life.

Now, I feel endless joy and gratitude for my own parenting journey as well as my heart centered parent coaching work. And I owe it all to Jai!

“Parenthood is humanized so parents can enjoy their children again.”

I was overwhelmed with the frustrations of traditional parenting and the ineffective tools of out-of-date practices. Everyday was a battle facing the chaos of raising four grandchildren and desiring peace and calm.

Parenting from a position of peace is the biggest difference Jai has made. It was awesome to develop the confidence to throw away generational parenting patterns that had been a plague to my family life. It's been refreshing to employ tools that work for my family, and enjoy family life that was once flooded with chaos, and now enlightened with calm.

The Jai Institute is a great place for parents searching for hope and new parenting paradigms, and a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to make a difference as parent coaches. Jai provides the framework and method to simplify parenting. This is a great place where parenthood is humanized so parents can enjoy their children again.

"Learning about peaceful parenting and the tools has literally changed my life!"

The transformation for our family was immediate and dramatic. I wanted to share that with everybody. I wanted the world to know. I wanted all the people that felt alone, that felt lost, that felt like they were broken, or they were going to ruin their kids, that there is hope. At any point you can create a new way, a new relationship with your children.

I didn't go into it thinking I was going to have this massive parent coaching business that I have today. For me, it was originally about wanting to get the help.

I am a student of Tony Robbins and he says, “When you have a problem, you go straight to the experts.” I could see that the Jai Institute was the leading expert in parent coaching. So I knew I was going to get the best help that I could get, that would make the biggest impact.

The Jai Institute gave me the tools that I always wanted as a parent but didn’t know how to put my hands on them. Jai helped me understand my past, do some healing around my childhood and understand my goals as a parent. This has helped me see the big picture of parenting and then put tools in my hands to manage the day to day parenting in a fun and fulfilling way!

Learning about peaceful parenting and the tools has literally changed my life!

“I gained so much confidence by having this training that my career thrived…”

I was looking for a coaching training specialized on parenting that was effective and scientifically-informed. Then I found Jai, and thanks to them the door to neuroscience experts that backed up the values of conscious parenting with solid investigations was opened for me.

I gained so much confidence by having this training that my career thrived and of course I could first and foremost apply what I have learned to the benefit of my own life.

I recommend Jai to anyone who wants to help families in a very effective and positive way – focusing on the strengths and possibilities of each person and in knowledge applied with wisdom.

"Jai has completely changed my life, not just in parenting but in every aspect...This work is so powerful. It's the journey of reconnection."

It's no exaggeration that Jai has completely changed my life, not just in parenting but in every aspect.

I came to parent coaching first as a client seeing a coach who had trained with Jai. I left each session shaking with revelation, possibility and so much hope.

A year later upon leaving a ten year teaching career I decided to undertake the Jai training myself and I have never looked back. This work is so powerful. It's the journey of reconnection. Reconnection to ourselves so we can show up for our kids in our full authentic humanity. Parenting from the heart not just the head.

I am loving my career as a parent coach and the opportunity to help other parents root into inner trust and sturdiness as parents. For me this work comes down to one thing; Joy and how we can experience much more of it in our families.

I’m now running family education programs and parent coaching full time."

From Jai, I truly learned a level of patience I did not think was obtainable for me.

I have been able to utilize what I have learned to strengthen the relationship I have with my kids, even with them being grown up. I’m now running family education programs and parent coaching full time.

For someone starting or considering enrolling in the program, if you are open to growing and developing, you will at Jai. I know I did!

"I am INCREDIBLY THANKFUL for a better way to parent!"

Tonight our 7 year old son AJ (who does everything with gusto!) had the beginning parts of a tantrum, but we were able to talk through the issue, instead. Just before bedtime, I knelt down and called him over to me. I said, “AJ, want to know what I don’t miss? Remember those super long timeouts you would have here in the kitchen, where I’d be super mad and you’d be super upset? And I’d reset the timer because you wouldn’t stop screaming? Those were awful, weren’t they? I am so glad that we have been learning how to talk through this stuff instead. It definitely makes my heart happy. So, thank you, Buddy. What do you think?

With a HUGE grin on his face, he nodded with gusto, then did this silly, falling forward hug into my arms. He exclaimed, “Daddy that’s my ‘I agree’ hug’!” He then peacefully went up to bed.

"A couple of months ago a celebrity in the UK reached out to me wanting me to help her with her daughter's tantrums..."

So I went down and was filmed for her reality TV to talk about conscious parenting... Tonight the episode I'm featured in airs and the client has shared a preview of the show on her instagram to her 2.6 million followers and has tagged my account.

This was my 5 year goal – never my 2 year goal and I am so grateful I took the leap to doing the Jai training back in 2019 even though I had hardly any money, I went through a divorce halfway through the training and my daughters were only 1 and 3. The struggle has been real but what makes my heart swim is being able to work with families and "change their lives" (their words not mine).

“My relationship with my children changed, I finally have the connection I was longing for.”

Without knowing, I've been looking for Jai all my life. There are some coincidences in life that feel more like destiny!

Since I was a little girl I dreamed about becoming a mother and a teacher. I was a teacher in my early 20's, and later I became a Mother of one boy, then another, and then one more. And honestly it didn't feel close to the dream I've been waiting my whole life for. Sure there were moments of joy and contentment, but there were many days where I felt desperate, alone, and triggered by my children's behavior, and that came with a huge wave of regret and sadness.

In searching for help, I signed up for the Jai coach training program. And my life was changed. I found my calling in life, my purpose.

My relationship with my children changed, I finally have the connection I was longing for, because Jai guided me through the process of connecting with myself first.

Witnessing other parents’ journeys, guiding them through their healing so they can connect with their children, nurtures my soul and keeps me committed to keep learning, growing and being available to all the parents that feel lost like I once felt.

If you have the feeling that this program might be for you, don't think about it and sign up! I'm convinced that the world will be a better place if more people transform and help others transform through this work!

“I’m not perfect but I am now a professional, peaceful, powerful parenting coach!”

As a Life Coach, teacher, mentor and friend, I needed to open up my thought process, consciousness and communication skills to new paradigms in an ever changing world. Becoming a Parenting Coach has tremendously equipped me to do just that!

I am so excited about helping people to do the work for richer, more fulfilling relationships with their children and even other family members. As I have done this fulfilling work with Jai and as I continue to do the work in my own life, I’m overwhelmed that I get to take people with me on a journey to peace.

Being a support system for parents who want a closer and more solid relationship with their children, is a calling. I am so thankful that Jai helped me to identify how to expand my calling.

All I have been through with my five children, three of whom are now adults on their own, has taught me so much about the do’s and don'ts of parenting. I’m not perfect but I am now a professional, peaceful, powerful parenting coach! I’m YOUR coach! Thank you Jai!

“Jai made me calm while teaching me to teach calm. This often makes me teary.”

Before I found Jai, I knew I had a longing to help parents and children with managing emotions, but I didn't know the hows. I was a mess myself trying out the various strategies the internet gave. I knew I needed a guide. Jai has been a guide I am not willing to let go.

Jai made me calm while teaching me to teach calm. This often makes me teary.

My family knows to manage emotions better. We know to respect each other's boundaries, and communicate better.

Dear person considering this, please do not spend another second rethinking. Each week of the program will blow your mind. The program will change you while teaching you to help others.

Jai changed my life! I remain eternally grateful.

“Now our home is full of so much laughter, peace and harmony!”

Before I discovered Jai, I was seeking a community of like-minded compassionate parents. I was struggling with being a stay-at-home parent during a pandemic with little support. Within the program, I was able to reflect on my own parenting past. Realizing that those experiences helped shape my worldview. How I had been treated as a child needed tender healing.

Once I began that deep work of self-discovery, I was able to see my relationship with my child much more clearly. I was aware of my triggers and how they had formed. Learning my personal calming tools helped me regulate in those moments of discomfort.  With practice and time, I was able to lovingly sit with my 4 year old without making the meltdown about me or needing to "fix" anything. I had sincere compassion for myself and my child for the first time. I know in my heart that being a part of Jai was the educational and community support I had been longing for.

Now our home is full of so much laughter, peace and harmony! There are still big emotions from my child and me but now we are able to co-regulate and bond simultaneously.

I no longer carry a fear that I am somehow "missing the mark" of parenting. My child and I have a deeper connection and a thriving relationship!

For anyone considering the Jai program, I would say that all you have to lose are the feelings self-doubt, blame and shame. You matter. Your child matters. Your parenting story matters and that this is the most important gift you could give yourself and your family.

“Within weeks, I stopped yelling."

It transformed my relationship with my children. Within weeks, I stopped yelling. And through the program I found I could create a life I absolutely love, that I am truly excited and passionate about. I didn't even realize that I was just going through the motions before.

"Within months, I have seen a significant shift in my relationships with my whole family"

With 20+ years of experience as an educator & 10+ years as a Mom (of three), I was often finding myself in a "shame & guilt spiral!" I couldn't believe how HARD parenting was - I was supposed to be "the expert" in Child Development! Within weeks of starting with the Jai Institute, I started unpacking generational patterns, digging deeper into brain science and attachment theory, reflecting, processing, goal-setting... Within months, I have seen a significant shift in my relationships with my whole family (children and parenting partner) - we went from "surviving to thriving!" I am so grateful to be on this journey with the Jai community!

"The energy in our home quickly went from frazzled and chaotic to joyful and easeful."

Before becoming a Certified Jai Parenting Coach and Mentor I struggled daily to parent respectfully. I knew that I wanted to focus on teaching my children essential emotional intelligence and empowered communication skills, but I quickly realized that I often lacked those skills myself in times of overwhelm or stress. My yelling left me in cycles of guilt and shame which I knew I could change with the right tools and support.

Through the Jai Program I saw changes happening in myself and in my home that were pure magic! I stopped yelling, over-reacting, and anxiously controlling. My kids started to feel fully safe to express themselves without fear of punitive consequences and I could communicate healthy limits and boundaries without getting frustrated. The energy in our home quickly went from frazzled and chaotic to joyful and easeful.

My favorite part of it all is how my children speak with confidence, respect for self and others and a strong empowerment to stand up for what is right. They really know how to navigate challenges or disagreements peacefully and let out emotions safely.

This is a priceless gift that I gave to myself and my family and I LOVE sharing the work of Jai Institute with other families now. It is literally changing the world in such POWERFUL & POSITIVE ways. Thank you Jai Institute. I recommend your work to everyone I meet!

"I am living my dream of homeschooling my daughter and finding great joy in passing on to other parents the loving support they deeply need and deserve."

Becoming a single parent, and then having my daughter home full-time in the pandemic pushed me into untenable levels of parenting stress. I started searching for support and found the Jai Institute.

I knew their approach to parenting matched what was in my heart, and decided to heal on the path to becoming the support for other parents that I had sorely needed myself.

I am living my dream of homeschooling my daughter and finding great joy in passing on to other parents the loving support they deeply need and deserve.

"My kids are epic humans ... and I love their company. They confide in us their greatest fears and most audacious goals."

In about 2011 or so ... we decided to complete a course on 'Parent Coaching' with The Jai Institute for Parenting based in the US. We didn't want to become Parent Coaches ... we just wanted to go through the curriculum to learn the neuroscience of parenting and the brain development of babies, young children, and teenagers.

It was at the time we learned how to remove punishments from our parenting and shift entirely to discussions. And it's never been better. No threats. No more ... "If you do that one more time I'll XYZ.”

My kids are epic humans ... and I love their company. They confide in us their greatest fears and most audacious goals. And rather than thinking that our parenting 'molded them' into who they are ... it's crystal clear to me that our parenting simply gave them the space to become who they are without diminishing them, and by treating them the same way we like to be treated.

“I started my coaching business (Beyond Parenting), and have the privilege of helping and guiding parents in their own peaceful parenting journey.”

Before I started the parenting coach training at Jai, I was struggling to find my place in the peaceful parenting realm. I knew how to peacefully parent my 3 wild little men, but I found myself lacking in the application of all the tricks. I was full of anxiety and anger and frustration and hopeless apathy. Some days were great, others were disastrous.

When I was going through the program, I was given practical, applicable skills that have helped me become the peaceful parent I’ve wanted to be. Not only that, but I was able to work through the trauma of my past and identify my triggers so that I could better regulate my own nervous system before trying to help my children regulate theirs.

Since graduating, I have found a peace and rhythm that works for our family. My relationship with my children and my husband has become more intentional, relational, and connected. Also, I started my coaching business (Beyond Parenting), and have the privilege of helping and guiding parents in their own peaceful parenting journey. It is my passion and heart to see families thrive! If you are thinking about enrolling in Jai, you will not regret it. It’s work – hard work – but it is holy work.

“I have kids who actually get along!”

My life and parenting style have completely changed since going through the Jai training. Before Jai, a typical day consisted of raising my voice and lots of time outs. There was one power struggle to the next.

During the process of training to be a peaceful parent, I began to learn so much about myself! It truly set me on a path of self discovery that I can say truly changed me as a parent. Learning to feel my emotions and making space for my kids to feel theirs has allowed for truth and empathy in my home. I have kids who actually get along! That’s my biggest take away!

If you are on the fence at all about investing in this program, don’t hesitate! It’s worth its weight in gold for the peaceful and connected days ahead!

"I see my business growing and it fills my heart."

Before entering the Jai coaching program, I was not as patient as I would have liked to be with my children, my husband, and my parents. I sometimes found myself overwhelmed by the daily challenges of parenting. I yelled and punished.

The program offered me a place to grow, to expand my mind, heart and soul. I developed awareness around the unhealthy patterns I was sustaining and because of the support and community that Jai is offering, I was able to move away from the pain. I see my business growing and it fills my heart. I feel much more at peace with the way I parent, since I get to witness other parents on their journey.

I am now the parent I always dreamed to be, not perfect, just more peaceful!

This is the sign you've been waiting for! You have the chance as well to become the parent you're dreaming of, in fact, you already are!

“Through Jai, I was able to get in touch with my real powerful self as a mother.”

Before Jai, I was often struggling to figure out my family. I wished I knew how to get them to follow the rules. I constantly felt overwhelmed and unsure. I doubted my abilities as a mother.

But through Jai, I was able to get in touch with my real powerful self as a mother. I was able to learn to communicate with my family and help them cooperate with me. We learned to work together and not in an adversarial way.

Now, I am confident. My children and I have a great relationship and we are working together toward common goals. If you aren't the parent you want to be, come to Jai. You are guaranteed to see results.

“As a Parent Coach, I help many other moms and dads see that life with teens can be successful and peaceful at the same time.”

Before Jai, I was struggling with my five pre-teen and teenagers, to not fight with them daily on ‘their right and my wrong, or my right and their wrong.’ Jai has opened my eyes to be able to step out of the power parent mode in order to help them understand my why, and for me to also understand and appreciate their why as well. Though we still have daily discussions, as they are growing and finding independence, it is rarely the door slamming shouting match it used to be.

They even tell me to have a good day as they leave for their day, and let me know where they are going, who they will be with and when they will get home! It is so nice to not have to ask and beg for that information anymore! There are more negotiations and compromises with acceptance from all.

As a Parent Coach, I help many other moms and dads see that life with teens can be successful and peaceful at the same time.
